If theres one bodypart that can have us beaten in the gym it QUADS. No other workout takes more out of the body in one sitting. To be the best you can be in Bodybuilding you just can't afford to miss your Quad session. Why look like a V, when you could look like an X.

Lets break the Quad session down. It all starts the morning of the workout way up in the deepest part of your head. Your head controls what kind of workout your going to have.

Doubt unsettles the mind, put doubt there and you will weaken your chances of having a great workout. Exchange doubt for the will to succeed and you will increase your chance of having a great workout. Like a soldier readying for battle, its you vs the weight when all said and done.
