WHAT THE F@^*

I did this workout last week when the exercise demonstration videos came out, not believing for one moment that this would be any good.


Symon where the hell do you get these workouts from, this is the second SFX challenge I've done...LOVE THE HELL OUT OF THIS SFX.

This chest workout crushed me (more so the pec dec at the end, could only do one set of those) You got me beat at set 6.Feel a bit like a pussy now lol.

The only bad thing I have about this kind of training is that it is easy to cheat yourself by counting mega fast like your playing hide and seek. I found myself doing that just to get through.
