It took me a little time to get use to the exercise, because watching the video made me think that it would put to much stress on my knees.I could'nt wait till tuesday which is hamstring day, so I tried it out at home, using the window sill for support with no weight. got up to 20 slow and deep reps. I noticed more glute action when I lent over the working leg on the way down. yep I would add this movement to my workout.
