When visualizing a goal, it’s natural for your mind to immediately bring up all the obstacles
that stand between you and the achievement of your vision. This, in it‘s self is not a problem. The problem arises when you let these obstacles become a source of fear, frustration, or
overwhelm, to the point that you put the goal aside, telling yourself that you “just can’t think about that right now,” even though the result of achieving that goal would be a major win.
We’ve been taught that "hard work and doing it on your own" are the keys to finding success, money, or happiness. Most people believe that they must sacrifice something to attain what they want.
With my Motivational coaching Program, you’ll find that you won’t have to sacrifice anything apart from a little of your time, you may also need to change a few things rather than sacrifice everything.
This Motivation coaching Program works because the coach has the ability to view things from afar — in what some call 'helicopter vision' — This sheds new light on difficult situations. Often coaches can act as a sounding board through tough decisions, presenting alternative options and routes to meet the same goal .

What can I expect from this Motivational coaching program?
My 4 week motivational coaching program will help you to shift your thinking from negative to positive, thus staying motivated
Together we will set smaller achievable goals , which will help you to focus on the results.
I will also teach you how to instill that thought in your mind that says “ I’m better than I was yesterday, but not half as good as I will be tomorrow. This will be done by Focusing on the results and transforming obstacles.
How long must I commit to this program and how does it work?
The program last 4 weeks. Although on average, most people find coaching more beneficial than they realized and stay on longer than they initially anticipated. I coach on a month by month basis for as long as it is working. I will coach you with one phone session per week, each session will last for approximately 30- 40 minutes. There are some occasions when a client may need more than one session per week, this will be discussed at the consultation stage.
Can I hire you for a short-term, special project?
Yes. Some clients hire me to help them achieve a specific objective or project. Many clients choose to continue working with me after their initial goals are accomplished because there are even more interesting things to achieve.
What Do I Need to Do To Get Started?
After making the first payment please complete the short pre consultation form below the payment section at the bottom of this page. Once I have received this form I will email you to organize a time that suits you, for when we can complete your consultation phone call.( the consultation will take no longer than 20 minutes) you won’t need to worry about making the calls, as I call all of my clients for consultations and coaching sessions.
