thanks for your question.

This is not a diet plan that I would recommend doing more than once every 26 weeks or so.. Training in this manner would put the body in a overtraining state in double quick time.Being on this diet long term would sooner or later cause you to gain a boat load of unwanted weight, and put vital organs under too much stress. I hope this answers your questions
